What does the Tumi warranty cover?
We offer a comprehensive limited warranty. For the first year, Tumi covers almost all damage, including wear and tear and transit damage. From the second through fifth years, we cover manufacturing defects and structural damage, though wear and tear is excluded during this period.
Can I have my Tumi luggage personalized or monogrammed?
Yes, many of our products feature a signature monogram patch. We offer complimentary monogramming services for most items at the time of purchase or at any Tumi full-price retail store.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard, second-day, and overnight shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout, though we frequently offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over a specific value.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unused, full-price merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I clean and care for my Tumi bag?
For ballistic nylon, we recommend using our specialized Tumi Fabric Cleaner. For leather products, use Tumi Leather Conditioner. Always spot test a small area first and avoid using harsh household chemicals.
